Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed work or partially used subscription periods.

If a content day or deliverable cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer to reschedule or provide a credit to your account.

Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases and at our sole discretion.

Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by DLAYVISUALS. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

DLAYVISUALS provides monthly and yearly content creation services, including photography, videography, editing, and strategy sessions. The specific details of your subscription (e.g. number of content days, deliverables) are outlined in your selected plan.

3. Subscription & Payment

Services are billed monthly or yearly in advance.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All prices include BTW unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary access or materials.

Missed or delayed collaboration may impact delivery timelines and does not qualify for a refund.

You are responsible for ensuring all content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Content Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final edited content for your brand’s marketing and promotional use.

DLAYVISUALS reserves the right to showcase created work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing period.

Content days can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of that month’s session.

7. Intellectual Property

Raw files, drafts, and unedited materials remain the property of DLAYVISUALS unless otherwise agreed.

Final deliverables are licensed to you for use in agreed-upon channels (e.g. website, social media, email).

8. Liability

DLAYVISUALS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the current subscription period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
